Piusa Pottery is a ceramics studio open to the public. Visitors can watch traditional, as well as unique works of art and handicraft items being created before their very eyes. There is an exhibition of ceramics created by Signe and Meelis Krigul. You can also buy items that take your fancy. In addition, you can order custom-made ceramic items according to your requirements and wishes. If you register in advance, we can organize ceramic courses and workshops, +372 5322 9442. Piusa Pottery is located in a former railway station building not far from the Piusa caves and sandstone bluff.
Verevi Motel, which is located in a picturesque pine forest in Southern Estonia, rents bicycles, fatbikes, and K2 roller skates for exploring the city of Elva and the surrounding nature. One hour costs 2.5 euros and the whole day costs 10 euros. We recommend booking the bicycles in advance!Wearing a helmet is compulsory for guests up to the age of 16! This memorial, which is dedicated to the freedom fighters of southern Estonia, represents the figure of an unknown soldier, his sword sheathed, with a flag held aloft in one hand and the other outstretched. The first memorial was unveiled here on 11 October 1925, dedicated to Lieutenant Julius Kuperjanov, but it was destroyed by Soviet forces on the night of 21 September 1940. The new memorial was inaugurated on 16 August 2013 in the original location on Kuperjanov Street. The design and mould of the memorial were made in 1925 by Amandus Adamson, who was also involved in the production of the bronze figure in Italy. This figure was restored to its original size by sculptor Jaak Soans. Restoration of the memorial was led by Major Meelis Kivi.

The Nohipalo study trail is an interesting and educational hiking trail. There are 16 information boards on the three-kilometre trail, which give a good overview of hunting and forestry.The diversity of the nature makes the trail exciting – boreo-nemoral forests, eskers, and heath forests, where blueberries, lingonberries, and mushrooms can be picked depending on the season.On the study trail, you can admire the magnificent badger area and explore the traces of beavers. If you are lucky, you might even see an animal there.The Nohipalo study trail starts and ends at the Ilumetsa forest house.
Krabi Caravan Park is located at the southern tip of Estonia, in Krabi village in Rõuge Parish. Housed in a former school stadium, this quiet park with extensive greenery offers 64 caravan sites with electric and water options. There are spacious grounds for campers, and pets are also welcome. Krabi is quiet and close to nature – electricity comes from solar panels. The Paganamaa and Pähn hiking trails are nearby, and a village shop and tavern are 500 meters away.
