Welcome to Sangaste Rukki Maja Guesthouse – where Estonia's national floral emblem, the cornflower, is held in great respect!Rukki Maja has 12 romantic guest rooms, the Rukki restaurant (which offers both a traditional and contemporary taste of southern Estonia) and a farm store from which you can buy the products of Sangaste and southern Estonian farmers.All of the rooms at the guesthouse are en suite and come with air conditioning, Internet, TV and radio. There is also a sauna in the building, and you can reserve the private lounge next to it, which has its own fireplace.

Peipsi Teemaja Arts and Crafts Shop offers a wide selection of local handicrafts. There is a large selection of baskets, sauna buckets, thermometers, etc. for sale from the Avinurme Woodworking Centre. You will also find a selection of knitted mittens from local grandmothers, which will keep your hands warm even in the cold Estonian weather.In addition, you simply have to try Ivan Chai when near Lake Peipus. You can also buy it as a gift.We also offer delicious local food and sweets.

There are different attractions for children and young people aged 2–16 in the park.The selection of the attractions was done on the basis that they should offer a lot of activities which are rich in fantasy, demand physical dexterity, and develop physical abilities. The selected toys and constructions are of durable materials and have a modern design.There is a basketball court with two backboards, and two learning tracks for cycling. Additionally, there are some picnic tables and benches so that parents are comfortable while waiting for their children, or they can even organise a picnic.

The old, dignified Kadrina Manor in South Estonia offers guests rooms for two to four people, a small suite, a luxurious sauna and relaxation center, the Short Men's Tavern, and a conference hall. A little away from the manor, near the river, four campsites await guests, one of which can accommodate four people, and a toilet and shower in a separate camping house. There is also a camp kitchen in a separate house where you can prepare a good breakfast and coffee. In warmer weather, you can camp, and there are places for camper vans. The teemaja (teahouse) in Mustvee is a cosy place in the capital of the Peipus region, where good tea and local food and drinks are offered. The menu includes fish from Lake Peipus and local garden and forest products.On the first floor, we can host family events and other anniversaries.We also offer accommodation on the second floor.Peipsi Teemaja is the well-known red house in the centre of Mustvee.In addition to meals, we have an exciting selection of handicrafts and souvenirs.

Räpina polder on the banks of Lake Lämmijärv is a bird-nesting area of international importance. It is a place of nesting and migrating through for many protected bird species. Of the species that nest here, the prominent ones from the perspective of bird protection are corn crake, black tern and little gull, to whom the Räpina polder is one of the best areas in Estonia. Of the migratory birds, the most important species are crane and white-fronted goose. The polder is an important place of nesting and stopping also for waterfowls and Charadriiformers. Up to 1.5 million birds pass through this area during the migration period. The area is the most important assembling area of migratory birds in Eastern Estonia. There are watchtowers for bird watching.

Kuningamägi hill in Põltsamaa has an exciting new addition – a slope for mountain sports that is open to all skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts!On the slope with a 140-metre ascent, you can ride the snowboard or ski for about a couple of hundred metres. The profile of the track is intended for beginners and intermediate enthusiasts, but is also suitable for more experienced athletes. A lift takes you to the hill and you will find small jumps, pipes, and boxes when descending.It is also possible to rent a small amount of snowboard equipment (board, boots, clips, helmet) on site.Kuningamäe ski trails and a sledding hill are also nearby.
