In our delicacies, we use unrefined sugars and there are no additives in the cakes of Mandel. Our cosy cafe is waiting for you with delicious coffee and cakes. It is also possible to buy or order our pastries to go. We also make delicious savory and sweet pastries for your party table.

We started our business under the name Sushi Meistrid in October 2014 and we aim to offer quality sushi to our clients.The products of Sushi Meistrid are a perfect example of the westernisation of the Japanese food culture – we have both classic salmon nigiris as well as Estonian makis with sprat, herring, smoked chicken, and ham. The latter are more popular among people who do not usually enjoy sushi as they offer similar flavours with special nuances. Let's make delicious kama truffles together! Kama is often considered one of Estonia's national dishes. In the workshop, we roast kama flour, mix it with creamy filling and flavorful additions, and shape it into delightful balls. Then we decorate the kama truffles. Each participant can prepare 6 to 8 truffles to take home. A pleasant and flavorful experience for every participant! We recommend adding a guided tour or a walk in our yard at the Mulgi Experience Center. In the exhibition house, visitors are greeted with interactive solutions that introduce the culture and history of Mulgimaa in an engaging way. After the workshop, you can meet the center's friendly animals, visit the linen barn, and discover how linen fabric was made in the past. The Mulgi Experience Center opens the door to the essence of the Mulgi people and Mulgi cultural heritage. It is an ideal place to spend a pleasant time with friends or colleagues. Pindi Veinitalu in Võru County is a small winery where unique berry and fruit wines are made from both South Estonian forest products and local raw ingredients. We have wines for every taste – dry, semi-dry, and dessert.The tastings are held at the Andri-Peedo goat farm. During the visit, the Andri-Peedo family will introduce the goat farm while we taste their goat cheeses and the wines of Pindi Veinitalu.

In the weed food workshop, we will:- talk about which weeds to eat and which ones to leave in the forest;- study what is good about weeds and how to make the best use of it for our health;- prepare several weed dishes: for example, bread chips with dandelion pesto, mild nettle soup with smoked quail, weed pie with spring salads, and various healthy green smoothies.You can also try out exciting herbal teas and weed chips.Each participant will learn new weed recipes and experience real culinary delights!The workshop will take place at the request of the client in Tartu or Southern Estonia.
