Nõmme Holiday Farm is located in the Tammispää village in Mustvee municipality, privately in a forest near Lake Peipsi. The holiday farm is an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city or to just take a break. It's especially suitable for relaxing with family and friends. The house has a total of four bedrooms, three family rooms and larger room with 6 single beds. There are 14 beds in total, plus 2 children's beds and 2 cribs. The main house has a cosy kitchen with everything you need and a lounge with a fireplace. Additionally, you can rent the sauna house and/or the hot tub on the shore of the pond.NB! When you come visit us, neither the car nor the driver should be afraid of village, field and forest roads.

The largest museum in Estonia with nearly 6,000 m² of exhibition space invites you to discover the everyday life of Estonians throughout history at the permanent exhibition ‘Encounters’ and to learn about the life of the Finno-Ugric peoples in the permanent exhibition ‘Echo of the Urals’. The museum experience is complemented by temporary exhibitions. There is a restaurant and a museum shop. The outdoor areas of the museum are perfect to have a rest and a picnic. There is also a romantic rotunda and a glass-roofed distillery on the shores of Lake Raadi.The Estonian National Museum offers workshops, educational programmes, and guided tours in 11 languages. The Church of Blessed Virgin Mary in Põlva is one of the oldest churches in historical Võrumaa. The rarities of the church are the old altar painting The Last Supper (1650) and the altar panels (1647). There is an altar painting The Resurrection (Friedrich Ludwig von Maydell, 1845). The church was originally a square-shaped hall church with three naves. Today it has preserved from it a high tower with a deep niche and a Western façade. Interesting to know: According to a legend, the key of the church is held by a kneeling girl called Mary who is walled in. Allegedly that is also the origin of the name of the church and Põlva (‘knee’ for the Estonian ‘põlv’).

In the area between Mehikoorma Port and the lighthouse, a circular footpath with three different solutions has been built at different heights, so that visitors could enjoy the charms of Lake Peipus and get acquainted with the natural environment there.The roads are arranged so that the user can travel approximately 1.3 kilometres continuously, starting and ending at the same place.The versatile trail includes raised wooden footpaths, low boardwalks on moist lakeside soils, and a paved cycle and pedestrian track next to the port water area. On broader platforms, it is possible to have a picnic or stay longer to observe the surrounding nature.

The total length of the hiking trail in the primeval valley of the Piusa River is 15 km from the ruins of the Vastseliina Episcopal Castle to Lindora or vice versa. You can take the trail on foot, but parts of it are also passable either by bike or car. The highlights of the reserve are the tall Devonian sandstone outcrops – the tallest of them is the wall of Härma Mäemine or the Keldre Wall (total height 43 m, length 150 m). There are two camping sites – under the Make Wall on the first third of the trail and under the Härma Lower Wall towards the end of the trail.The object is not lighted, which is why we recommend to visit it during the day.
