In winter, it is possible to sled down the lake slope and skate on the lake ice rink when ice conditions are favorable. Skates can be rented during the winter from Verevi Motel.

The highest outdoor climbing wall in Estonia, which is 33 m high, belongs to the Tehvandi K90 Ski Jumping Hill Complex. You have to fit to climb all the way to the top, but everyone can have a go! Families with children are particularly welcome in the Lake Pühajärv Park as there are many opportunities to feed ducks and other birds when walking on the lakeshore. There is an exercise track by the northern part of the park. This is also the place where you will find the beach with a beach house, cafés, arbours and boat hire.The park used to be a part of the Pühajärv Manor Park and it was designed as a walking forest with paths already in the 19th century. The park is mainly a naturally grown forest.

WakePark is located on Lake Kamari in Põltsamaa municipality.WPark has a total of 16 different track elements (kickers, sliders, etc.). The ring cable moves clockwise and is open for everyone, from beginners to advanced visitors.In addition, WakePark has a water town with trampolines, a recreation area with a café and saunas, beach soccer, tennis, and volleyball courts, and equipment rental. Estonia’s first full-size cable park with a 2.0 system, a modern administrative building, a cosy café, and everything else is only a 5-minute detour from the Tallinn–Tartu highway.Come and see!

The 5 km running, imitation and Nordic walking trail for trainings is accessible from the upper car park of Tehvandi main building near the stadium and next to the gate of the maintenance house; the trail starts in the middle of the rise of Kunimägi ski track and runs along the area of Hobuseraua, Püksisääre and Ansomägi. The trail has a though relief with difficult ascents and complex descents. The trail is partially covered by sawdust and marked with 15 x 15 cm boards of blue arrows. Pay attention when crossing ski scooter tracks!

The Tamula lake beach is located in the city of Võru. Elistvere Animal Park has a visitor center where you can meet small domestic animals and see the exhibition.
