Pajusi manor was constructed in the 17th century. Its long, stone main building in Classicist style is thought to have been erected in the early 19th century. It was one-storey; only the central section was adorned with a small upper floor, which bears a distinct decorative window. In addition to the main building, the manor as a whole includes a number of other buildings and a large park. Taarka Tarõ Köögikõnõ Cafe is a cozy restaurant in Obinitsa, in the true heart of Setomaa, worth visiting for the authentic atmosphere alone. The Tarõ family, Rieka and Aare Hõrn, are longtime leaders in Setomaa, and through them, guests can experience Seto culture and authentic Seto food. There is also a selection of Finnish-Ugric and Ukrainian meals, and a customer favorite — pancakes. Pastries, pies, bread, and hot drinks can also be bought. Hugo Treffner (1845–1912) was an Estonian cultural figure and the founder of Hugo Treffner Gymnasium. The school still operates in Tartu (it was called the Tartu 1st Upper Secondary School during the Soviet era), on the wall of which is also the bas-relief of the first school principal Treffner on Rüütli tänav. It is considered one of the elite schools in Estonia.The monument erected in honour of Hugo Treffner is located on the bank of the Emajõgi River in the western part of Ülejõgi Park, on the site of the former Hugo Treffner private school. The authors of the monument are sculptor Mati Karmin and architect Tiit Trummal. The monument was opened on 25 May 1997.Hugo Treffner's grave is in Tartu, in the Uus-Jaani cemetery.

Tamme Stadium with its long traditions is the most important stadium for athletic events and football in Tartu.Athletes can take advantage of the various opportunities of the contemporary stadium for football practices, track and field trainings and events.Amateur athletes and all others can use the 1 km running track along the fence, outdoor gym equipment, volleyball and basketball courts, sand court for beach volleyball and the rollerskating, roller skiing and cycling track for free. The stadium building has a gym, a room for aerobics, a gymnastics hall and a running track with a special surface. There is also a large playground on the premises.
