Many birds and animals await you at "Talu ja loomad" (Farm and Animals) hobby farm, located in Kulli village in Tartu County! At the farm you can see various birds: chickens, the world's smallest seramas, ducks, turkeys, and geese. Additionally, the farm has goats, sheep, rabbits, chinchillas, hedgehogs, and a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig. You can meet about 300 animals and birds at the farm. Tähtvere Sport Park, located in Tartu's Supilinn area, offers activities for everyone and is ideal for an active day. The sports park has several trail options: an 850-meter asphalt roller track for rollerblading and roller skiing in summer, an 850-meter woodchip running track, and a 1.2 km sprint track. In winter, both the roller track and the sprint track are covered with artificial snow and maintained with a trail tractor, allowing skiing in both classic and freestyle techniques even when natural snow is scarce. One of the most important and internationally known parts of Tähtvere Sport Park is the Tartu Bike Park, which features four key facilities: a skatepark, a pump track, a BMX cross track, and a bike park. These pose challenges for both experienced riders and those trying cycling for the first time. The sports park also offers a variety of exciting activities, including an outdoor gym with different areas, a climbing wall, and slackline tracks. The Tartu Song Festival Grounds and Tähtvere disc golf park are also near the park.

The Kuningamäe go-karting center is situated just outside of Põltsamaa. It is a competition track, but can also be used by amateurs and enthusiasts. It is a relatively fast track, with an average speed of more than 60 km per hour. It is 850 metres long, with two straights, fast curves and technically complex S-curves. If the number of people wanting to use the track is greater than the number it will allow, those off the track can watch events from the monitors in the track-side box.

During the summer season, beautiful Pühajärve Beach awaits you in Otepää with its clean sand, swimming pier, and full-sized outdoor swimming pool. In the summer, the beach has lifeguards, several catering companies, SUP board rentals, and boat rentals offering row boats, canoes, and pedal boats. A special pier and changing room have been built for visitors in wheelchairs. During the winter, a winter swimming pool is open on the beach. Pühajärve Park, which surrounds the beach, invites both young and old to walk along its shady paths. Come to Pühajärve and enjoy a day at the beach!

Discover Saadjärv and take a break on a raft trip starting from the Ice Age Centre. Raft trips on Saadjärv proceed at a leisurely pace and offer the opportunity to enjoy expansive views, the lake's tranquility, and the surrounding nature. An attentive visitor might also spot the rare lake ball, a unique algae found in only a few places worldwide and in a few lakes in Estonia. To enrich your experience, you can book a guided rafting trip. The guide shares stories and legends related to Saadjärv, including folklore about Kalevipoeg and legends of the sunken church and a mint. A private raft trip is also suitable for smaller events and can be combined with catering services upon request. The raft trip is an ideal addition to a visit to the Ice Age Centre, offering a comprehensive experience that brings together nature, science, and folklore!

Ronimistehas is the first independent climbing hall in Southern Estonia.Beginners and advanced climbing enthusiasts are welcome to climb at the Ronimistehas alone or with a larger group. We also organise weekly training courses, various workshops, children's birthdays, and other events.The ticket can only be purchased from the Ronimistehas online store and there are no on-site ticket sales. You can climb for as long as you want, the price of the sauna is also included.Premium card holders can climb 24/7.

In the city centre of Tartu, around the new Tartu Environmental Education Centre, there is a large park covering 10,000 m² and containing a large number of species. Old and ancient trees meet newly designed park trails offering learning and recreational possibilities in the hilly park. The park is home to over 80 species of trees and shrubs and over 200 species of herbaceous plants.A visitor can find peat, butterfly, and vegetable beds in the park; there is also a man-made beaver nest, a sun dial, a fountain, an observation tower, and a study trail about rocks. The old orchard has also been preserved. Children can have fun at the otter slide, a three-sand sandbox, and a carousel. Park facilities and plants are introduced by several information boards.
