The sauna house of Jõesuu Tourist Farm on the shore of Lake Võrtsjärv offers privacy and wonderful natural views. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, featuring a large terrace, a pond, and a steam room, making it an ideal retreat for family, friends, and pets alike. Simply spend a peaceful weekend at the sauna house or host a small event, and fill your time with different activities for all ages. There are boat docks available for guests, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Võrtsjärv and the Emajõgi River, as well as various water activities. Visit by car or by waterway. The Askari Holiday House, located in Tartu, behind Lõunakesus Centre, offers party rooms and accomodation for up to 35 people. The two-storey log house is convenient because of its close proximity to Tartu. At the same time, it is far enough from Tartu to enjoy a peaceful and quiet rest. At Askari Holiday House, guests have use of a spacious fireplace hall, where seminars, parties, and dances can be held. Food can be prepared conveniently in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishes. When using the house, guests have unlimited access to the sauna and grilling facilities. There is also a beach volleyball court, a sandbox, and attractions for children.

During the forest bathing journey, you will experience the forest through your five senses, have the chance to look both outward and inward, cultivate a greater sense of well-being, and gift yourself with greater physical ease and mental balance. Being in contact with nature, we feel how something inside us settles again. We conclude the journey together around the campfire, enjoying warm drinks and forest-inspired flavors. The journey is conducted with care and attention by Helen and Anneli, who have trained as forest bathing guides in Japan. St John’s Church is an eye-catching building; its architect was Friedrich Siegel. There is an altar painting Christ on the Cross (A. Bauer, 1857) and a pseudo-Gothic altar, and two nationally protected wooden candlesticks (1810) and an armchair from the birch wood dating from the 18th century. On top of the spire there is a morning star. Interesting to know: St John’s Church in Kanepi was built in 1804-1810 to replace the old wooden church. In 1831 the church was set on fire by lightning. The church in Kanepi has been in its current state since the year 1877.

This historicist-style church is built from red and yellow bricks and has five domes and a bell tower. It is one of the four representative churches of the Apostolic Orthodox Church in Estonia. The church is named after the priest martyr Isidore of Tartu. The church was built in 1897–1898 and was consecrated in 1898. The architect of the building is Vladimir Lunski.The church was built in 1896 for the congregation of Orthodox Russians and Latvians.

The relief of the 10 km ski track of Tehvandi Sports Centre is easy and invites you to ski classic style or freestyle. The tracks starts from the Tehvandi Stadium and initially runs along the Tartu Marathon track, then turn left near Ansomäe and gets back to the start through Savimäe, Kasemetsa, Tehvandi fen and Linnamäe.The track at Tehvandi is suitable for amateur skiers even though it is also used by professionals for training and competitions.

During the tasting, you can sample wines made at the winery and hear the story of how a lucky coincidence in 2016 sparked a passion for winemaking and eventually led to the establishment of Rooswald Red winery. Every year, we experiment with new recipes and improve existing ones, making each wine unique and unparalleled. The quantities are small and available only at the farm. Metsa Farm is home to one of Estonia's oldest cultivated blueberry plantations. During the visit, we will walk through the plantation, talk about blueberry cultivation, and the birth story of Estonia's first cultivated blueberry variety 'Are', which is named after the first name of the owner of Metsa Farm. Unique Rooswald Red blueberry wines from dry to semi-sweet and blueberry seedlings can be purchased at the farm. We look forward to your visit!
