After the Second World War, the Baptist congregations in Tartu joined the only remaining Baptist church: the Kolgata congregation, whose chapel was opened in 1931.In 2013, the congregation moved from the old prayer house located in Karlova district to a modern church building (completed in 1995) at the edge of the centre of the city due to lack of space. The first service in the building on Veski Street took place on 10 November 2013, when the Kolgata congregation celebrated its 112th anniversary.The congregation belongs to the Union of Evangelical Christian and Baptist Churches of Estonia. Services in Estonian are held on Sundays at 11 a.m. and in Russian at 1 p.m.

Kuremaa Swimming Pool and mini-SPA is open seasonally and there are three swimming pools: a 25-metre with four lanes, a children’s pool, and a pool with different attractions in the SPA.In addition to swimming, you can go to a Finnish, family, and private sauna (in the pool section) or a salt, Finnish, and steam sauna (in the SPA).There is also a solarium, a beauty and massage salon, a gym, indoor court for ball games, a cafe, and a seminar room. Accommodation is available in the building next to us.
The Kütimäe cemetery was founded in 1872 by the owners of Rutikvere Manor, the Pistohlkorses. As the German cemetery in Põltsamaa lacked enough space, the landlords had to establish a private cemetery. To build it, the farmers had to make an artificial mound in Kütimäe. According to legend, this hill was built for two years and the soil was transported by horses.In 1873, a cemetery wall, a three-part gate, and a neo-Gothic chapel were also built. The chapel is decorated with the arms of the Pistohlkorses.The exact number of people buried in the cemetery is unknown. The cemetery is still operating today and is maintained by the Põltsamaa Municipality.

At the Barge Center Theme Park, you can observe how a historical 24-meter-long two-masted Emajõe-Peipsi barge is built. You can also craft model barges, learn sailor skills, visit the forge, try old-time barge-related tasks, and explore the history of barge shipping. In the cinema area, you can watch films about barges and slide shows. We offer guided tours and workshops for groups upon prior reservation.Lodjakoja is a historical ship-building center, museum, theme park, and conference and exhibition venue. Viking and barge journeys begin here, and we have our own café and harbor. Explore an educational trail that introduces shipbuilding and forge work. Try out the sailing simulator that takes you on the water, and the test pool lets you try out your homemade model barge. Small visitors will be delighted by the play ship, sandbox-boat, and block corner, while older ones can puzzle over 3D puzzles. Everyone will enjoy the rope-pulling machine and old-time sports games. Räpina Manor Park is located on a picturesque peninsula surrounded by the Võhandu River, with Sillapää Castle in the middle. The mixed-style park consists of English, French and forest park parts. The manor house is surrounded by the manor park, which is rich in species (nearly 800 species of trees and shrubs, as well as roses, lianas, rhododendrons, grapevines, etc.). The manor park can be visited at any time. In the northern part of the park, on the bank of Võhandu River, in the shade of the primeval trees, there is an open pavilion-rotunda with a round domed roof and white columns.There are paved paths in the park, which are well suited for strollers.
