Kalevipoeg's Home has an enormous sledding hill where you can go sledding every winter. But now there is also a separate track for tubes. We have the best snow tubes in the world, straight from Canada. We have 10 of them and we rent them out by the hour. We don't have a ski lift but you can walk back up the hill from the side of the track. A little physical exercise and then you can go down the hill again. Suitable from the age of 4.After tubing, you can visit the Kalevipoeg Museum, the playground or, if you have any energy left, go ice skating. Come with friends or family, we guarantee a great day of adventure.

In Setomaa, in the middle of the best mushroom and berry forests, there is a small house. There is no electricity and internet, the water has to be brought from a well, the house has to be heated with wood, and the toilet is in the yard. At the same time, you have all the amenities you need for a real holiday – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, warm fireplace, and starry nights. And most importantly – there are no everyday worries here!The hut is suitable for a couple, family, or small group (up to six people). Kitchenware, blankets and pillows, and bed linen are provided.

Peipsi Ranna Holiday House is located on the shore of Lake Peipsi. A wonderful sandy beach, sunrises, flocks of birds flying over the lake, peace and quiet — this is a real holiday! In the sauna house on the first floor, there is a kitchenette, a living room, and a sauna with a view of the lake. You can cook your own food or order catering services from the hostess. On the second floor, there is a large room with four beds for eight guests. You can go to a hot sauna, sit with friends on the terrace in a jacuzzi or cool off in the lake. Karl August Hermann (23 September 1851, Võhma village, Põltsamaa parish – 11 January 1909, Tartu) was an Estonian composer, linguist, and encyclopaedist. He was an important figure in the national movement. He published the first encyclopaedia in Estonian, was one of the organisers of several song festivals, and composed several hundred pieces of music, the best known of which are, for example, 'Kungla rahvas' and 'Oh laula ja hõiska'. He bought Perno Postimees, brought the publication to Tartu, and turned it into the first Estonian-language daily newspaper.The monument to Karl August Hermann in the park of Vana-Põltsamaa Manor was opened on 10 June 1935. The author of the statue is Alfred Zolk-Leius.

Palamuse Church is one of the oldest medieval churches in northern Tartu County. The church was first mentioned in documents in 1234. As a fortress church, it provided protection from invaders during wars. There is a burial ground around the church, which has two preserved headstones. The unique wooden sculptures on the altar and pulpit date back to 1696. There is a dry-stone painting on the eastern outer wall. Services are held in the church every Sunday at 11 a.m. The church also organises concerts and plays.
