Tartu Environmental Education Centre encourages people to value nature and behave in an environmentally friendly way. We are a piece of nature right in the heart of Tartu, offering relaxing and exciting and educational activities for both young and old visitors.Tartu Environmental Education Centre offers: temporary exhibitions and summer special exhibitions on nature, permanent exhibition ‘Transparent nature house, species-rich winter garden, animal room (pre-bookings), some educational task trails, environmentally friendly souvenirs and snacks, excursions (pre-bookings), a park wit study trails, flower beds and playground.

At the Värska WaterPark, Cafe Näki offers a chance to enjoy a light meal or simply relax with a cup of hot coffee. The cafe serves invigorating coffee paired with freshly baked pastries, and during lunchtime, guests can enjoy daily specials prepared by the chefs of Lahe Resto.The cafe also provides the option to order platters of snacks for parties and children's birthdays. With seating for 20 people, Cafe Näki warmly welcomes all visitors to the Värska resort area to enjoy a light refreshment. The water park also features a swim-up bar, where guests can savor delicious cocktails and refreshing drinks without leaving the pool.

Taevaskoja Salamaa – the best for a holiday! We are located in one of the most beautiful places in Estonia – Taevaskoja, in a 150-year-old coniferous forest, a 15-minute walk from sandstone outcrops. Cottages offer a wonderful opportunity for relaxation. There are four cottages for two on the territory, which can also accommodate an extra bed if necessary. The houses and sanitary facilities are accessible to wheelchair users. Pets are not allowed here. Our territory has everything you need for travelers with a caravan car`s and tent (pets are allowed in this area). In addition, there are barbecue areas, a pond for swimming, saunas, a children's playground, hiking trails and the river boat Lonny.

Alaveski Animal Park offers an opportunity for observing animals in their natural environment. The fauna of the animal park is very diverse; there are 90 different animals and 28 pheasants living in the Alaveski farm. Here you can meet two bear cubs, Mõmsik and Harry as well as squirrels, foxes, deer and wild boars who were the first inhabitants in the park. In cooperation with our partners you can go canoeing, roast game on the grill or hunt for pheasants during the hunting season.

The Aura Centre offers the best athletic entertainment for visitors of any age. Our pool, water park, and sauna centre are perfect for the entire family to enjoy themselves, relax, and exercise. The centre-pieces of the water park are the 55- and 38-metre slides. The sauna centre offers relaxation in a pleasant environment. We have nine different saunas, as well as a hot tub, and a 40 °C Japanese bath. There is also a winter room where you can refresh yourself and a hot tub on the outdoor terrace.The water centre provides various activities and is the best place for any event. This slow nature experience is perfect for families, couples, and groups who want to enjoy Estonian nature without rushing. Raft trips on Saadjärv proceed at a leisurely pace and offer the opportunity to enjoy expansive views, the lake's tranquility, and the surrounding nature. An attentive visitor might also spot the rare lake ball, a unique algae found in only a few places worldwide and in a few lakes in Estonia. To enrich your experience, you can book a guided rafting trip. The guide shares stories and legends related to Saadjärv, including folklore about Kalevipoeg and legends of the sunken church and a mint. A private raft trip is also suitable for smaller events and can be combined with catering services upon request.
