Lake Verevi Beach

The northern shore of Lake Kuremaa is home to the only beach in Jõgeva County manned by lifeguards. Here you will find a 250-metre stretch of golden sand, aquabikes and boat hire, a beachfront cafe, a playground, areas for ball games, a caravan park and more. You can also camp here. The swimming area is marked by buoys. The water temperature is measured constantly, with information provided on special stands.

Kuutsemäe, the most attractive and compact mountain sports centre in Estonia, offers leisure opportunities during all seasons. By today, the centre has proved its sustainability, and since 1991, it has been the only mountain skiing and snowboarding centre in Estonia that operates without interruption. The basketball court next to the Kalevipoeg Museum transforms into an ice skating rink in winter, which can be used 24/7. If you don't have your own ice skates, you can rent them from the museum from Wednesday to Sunday at 10:00-17:00.Ice skating at our rink depends on the weather and ice conditions, so it is best to call ahead and ask about the ice conditions. There are lights by the ice skating rink, providing a cosy illumination even in the evening darkness.Ice skating can also be part of a birthday/party. Catering can also be arranged and rooms can be rented in the community centre or museum. Additionally, you can go sledging and tubing in winter when there's snow.

Otepää Adventure Park is a place you can easily spend a whole day experiencing real thrills! Whether you get your shot of adrenaline on the various climbing tracks, the 350 m flight above the valley of the fort, or by catapulting yourself up to 20 m high in the air, there is an opportunity for every thrill seeker.So as not to be left out, the smallest members of your family can also have an adventure of their own, too, on the safe children’s track. With a professional team to advise and support families visiting the Adventure Park, all challenges will be conquered together! A great place to forget about your daily worries and stress, the Otepää Adventure Park is the spot to enjoy an adventure on your own, with family, friends, or colleagues.

You are greeted in Witch Country by senior witch Uhti, who will lead you to the Secret Witch's Trail. There you will encounter a range of obstacles and other surprises. Afterwards, while relaxing in the barbecue area, witch August will prepare something special for you. You can also cook something for yourself, and try a special witch potion. There are also games and competitions with prizes, and dancing with the witches themselves! The adventure lasts for around two hours and costs €200 for a group of up to 30 people. Every additional person costs €4.

Come to Liikluslinn (Traffic City) and learn safe driving. This is a unique indoor traffic city with working traffic lights and glowing city lights. On the spot, you can learn to follow traffic rules.At the centre, you find a café, an outdoor cinema, a discotheque, a sports hall and many other facilities that a modern city should have.The Traffic City also has a formula racing track and a practice area for bicycles where you can take an exam for a bicycle driving licence in the future.We welcome both children and adults to the Traffic City, where you can learn about safe traffic and have fun with the entire family!Useful information: The use of cars is subject to an extra charge.

Families with children are particularly welcome in the Lake Pühajärv Park as there are many opportunities to feed ducks and other birds when walking on the lakeshore. There is an exercise track by the northern part of the park. This is also the place where you will find the beach with a beach house, cafés, arbours and boat hire.The park used to be a part of the Pühajärv Manor Park and it was designed as a walking forest with paths already in the 19th century. The park is mainly a naturally grown forest.
