Tartu Environmental Education Centre encourages people to value nature and behave in an environmentally friendly way. We are a piece of nature right in the heart of Tartu, offering relaxing and exciting and educational activities for both young and old visitors.Tartu Environmental Education Centre offers: temporary exhibitions and summer special exhibitions on nature, permanent exhibition ‘Transparent nature house, species-rich winter garden, animal room (pre-bookings), some educational task trails, environmentally friendly souvenirs and snacks, excursions (pre-bookings), a park wit study trails, flower beds and playground.

Welcome to the wine and art restaurant Vilde ja Vine! Vilde ja Vine, located in an old brick printing house, combines many of the finer things in life. This is where art, wine, and good food come together, and there is no shortage of good company! The menu offers a wide selection of light meals as well as delicious main courses, and during the summer season, all main courses are prepared right before your eyes on the grill on the summer terrace! Vilde ja Vine also organizes wine tasting workshops and blind dinners. You are welcome to join us and enjoy life!

Tähtvere Sport Park, located in Tartu's Supilinn area, offers activities for everyone and is ideal for an active day. The sports park has several trail options: an 850-meter asphalt roller track for rollerblading and roller skiing in summer, an 850-meter woodchip running track, and a 1.2 km sprint track. In winter, both the roller track and the sprint track are covered with artificial snow and maintained with a trail tractor, allowing skiing in both classic and freestyle techniques even when natural snow is scarce. One of the most important and internationally known parts of Tähtvere Sport Park is the Tartu Bike Park, which features four key facilities: a skatepark, a pump track, a BMX cross track, and a bike park. These pose challenges for both experienced riders and those trying cycling for the first time. The sports park also offers a variety of exciting activities, including an outdoor gym with different areas, a climbing wall, and slackline tracks. The Tartu Song Festival Grounds and Tähtvere disc golf park are also near the park.

Uulits, the pioneer of the Estonian street food, offers fresh street food in a modern, healthy, and Estonian way in Viimsi Centre.Our menu includes juicy beef burgers and wraps, handmade potatoes, and natural beverages made from fresh ingredients. There is also a menu for vegetarians. We make all mayonnaise, jams, sauces, and ketchups on the spot.Anyone who appreciates a high-quality taste experience is welcome to enjoy real street food in Uulits.

How many bees are needed to make one kilo of honey? Does honey always taste the same? How do bees communicate with each other, and how fast do bees fly? How many flowers does a bee visit during a foraging flight? Your questions will be answered at the unique Mesi Tare honey workshop on the Onion Route. We will taste honey and learn how to distinguish between fake honey and real honey! We will discuss how each of us can help protect bees and what threats they face. We will also drink a nice cup of tea, as is the custom of the Old Believers, and explore the impressive samovar collection at the Samovar House. Come and have a treat with your friends and family!

The Witch's Country offers a wide variety of activities for everyone - for the families and small groups, to birthday celebrators as well as bigger and smaller companies.When you wish to visit and spend the night in the world's smallest and most special country, then set your steps towards the Witch's Country in the Uhtjärve primeval valley. You will be greeted by the witch's family, who will introduce you the premises of the Witch's Country and share various legends. We also offer accommodation - cozy rooms in the main houses and for those, who desire for a little extremity, we have to offer a night in a unique house that sits on chicken legs.
