A comfortable guest apartment with a sauna, located in the centre of Põltsamaa. We offer accommodation for shorter and longer periods.The guest apartment has a living room, a kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom (sauna, shower, and toilet). The fully equipped kitchen includes kitchenware and equipment. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are several eateries and shops. Additionally, the apartment is close to the Põltsamaa Castle, Roosisaar (Rose Island), a culture centre, and other interesting sights.
The museum introduces the life led by farmers in the 18th century and the everyday lives and work of our forefathers. There are five oak sculptures created by St Petersburg artist Grigori Azarenkov by the museum. The museum is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, which make it a popular venue for folk parties and theatre performances.
Metsjärve camping houses are located in Põlva County, Puskaru village, in a beautiful pine forest and by a beautiful lake. The historic Postal Road and the Road Museum are in our immediate vicinity.The camping houses are heated and offer year-round accommodation. Our cosy camping houses accommodate four people, but there is room for up to three extra beds. Each camping house has a private barbecue area and some also have a mini kitchen.In summer, for a fee, you can ride a wakeboard or tube at Wakepark. The 23-storey high-rise building finished in 2008 on the right bank of the River Emajõgi in Tartu is called the Snail Tower. This is a unique apartment building in the centre of the city, designed by Vilen Künnapu and Ain Padrik. The Snail Tower is a symbolic building of Tartu – from the top, the rest of Tartu looks as small as the downtown looked to the clergyman of the church in the Middle Ages.
You are greeted in Witch Country by senior witch Uhti, who will lead you to the Secret Witch's Trail. There you will encounter a range of obstacles and other surprises. Afterwards, while relaxing in the barbecue area, witch August will prepare something special for you. You can also cook something for yourself, and try a special witch potion. There are also games and competitions with prizes, and dancing with the witches themselves! The adventure lasts for around two hours and costs €200 for a group of up to 30 people. Every additional person costs €4.
Räpina Paper Factory (originally a paper mill) was completed in 1734, making it the oldest Estonian industrial company to still be in operation. It is also one of the most unique examples of industrial architecture in Europe. The first paper machine arrived in Räpina from Germany in 1873, which was when the mill became a factory. It produced a variety of paper for writing and printing. Three more machines were later introduced to the factory, one of which is still in use - if a little rejigged - today.As a company that cares about the environment, the factory aims to combine contemporary and environmentally friendly production technology with 300 years of production experience.
Tehvandi Ski Apartment is a studio apartment with all the conveniences. It is located in a safe apartment building near the Tehvandi Sports Centre, just 300 m from the centre of Otepää. We offer cosy accommodation with modern kitchen furniture and an LCD TV. Guests can sleep in two single beds and a sofa bed. We welcome athletes, families, as well as vacation and nature enthusiasts. Cyanotype is the process by which an image is produced to fabric by the combination of chemicals and UV light. The result is an image with white lines on a blue background. Make an exciting gift and produce a photo, drawing, or silhouette of a dried plant on a T-shirt or a cloth bag. Fabrics with a thinner texture which have been washed without conditioner and ironed beforehand are suitable for this. It is also possible to buy a cloth bag on site.If you want to produce a photo, send it to us in digital form no later than one day before the workshop. We will help you with the rest.
