Emajõe-Suursoo is an interesting and vibrant water maze of several rivers and lakes. We will ride SUP or paddle boards through the watery labyrinth from Emajõe-Suursoo to Lake Peipsi, where we will cook a delicious dinner over a live fire, rest our feet, and spend the night on a wild beach in hanging beds. There is an opportunity to swim, and those who do not want to sleep in can enjoy the sunrise! The trip includes basic SUP training, equipment, two meals, hanging bed rental, and hiking guide service. The permanent exhibition Earth. Life. Story. includes nearly 8,000 scientific exhibit items, which tell the development story of planet Earth from the beginning of the universe until the modern day. At the exhibition, you can explore the traces of life from millions of years ago, admire shiny minerals, watch the so-called night airport of butterflies, or track the movement of the placoderm fish from the Devonian era. You can look the first jackal caught in Estonia in the eye and experience the human body through the eyes of a reptile. Visitors will be glad to see the favourites of several generations: the elk, bison, and giraffe. We also have live animals, such as the Python Regius, a turtle, a green iguana, and many other small exotic animals. See you at the Natural History Museum!

The Mõniste Museum is the oldest open-air museum in Estonia; here you can light a fire in a Stone Age tepee or practice archery, slinging or lassoing. You can also learn how to make bone and earthenware objects, weave fishing nets and fabric, grind grain or bake a loaf of Stone Age bread. The threshing barn dating back to Czarist times features the interior of the 19th century building, tools, household utensils and clothing. The farmhouse from the times of the first Republic of Estonia exhibits the tools that blacksmiths used, horse necessaries, handicraft tools, national costumes, folk music instruments, etc. You can also try what farm works felt like at that time.

Between Hellenurme, Elva, and Otepää, there is a unique opportunity to see Estonia's last historical water-powered flour and grist mill in operation – the Hellenurme Water Mill. Upon arrival, we explore the mill building and views over the mill pond to Hellenurme Manor, then we open the turbine, and the mill begins to work, powered by water. Through the mill's four floors, you can see, touch, and feel the power of the mill, and soon fresh flour and grist fall into the bag as in the old days. In the bread house, you can try breadmaking under the guidance of the Mill Mistress, honoring traditions and telling stories about bread and the wisdom of ancestors. In the bread trough, dough is kneaded from sourdough. Each guest molds their own little loaf from a dough ball, which the Mill Mistress throws into the large bread oven with an old bread peel. Soon, the bread house fills with the smell of bread, and each guest can take their loaf from the oven, which tastes warm and buttery like an unforgettable dessert! As writer Juhan Liiv wrote: "... warm bread – imagine!"

The "Suur Sume" barge is the largest wooden sailing ship built in the Baltic States after World War II. Come and sail on a historic ship and enjoy the beauty of the Emajõe-Peipsi River and views of the city of Tartu! Emajõe-Suursoo, located in the Peipsiveere Nature Reserve, is an exciting and wild place, a labyrinth of rivers and lakes. On the canoe trip, we move through the wetlands, rivers, and lakes, enjoying the peace and quiet. We will look for traces of birds and animals and may even meet them face-to-face. The trip is also suitable for beginners. We can organize the canoe trip at a time that suits you, even at sunrise or sunset. The trip lasts four hours and includes a small picnic on a bog island.
