Tamme-Lauri oak — Estonia’s largest oak tree

The Põltsamaa Technical Sports Club developed the Piiroja rallycross course and the complex attached to it: maintenance and recreation areas, a building for referees, open air recreation areas, an ATV course and more. The club has been organising the Estonian championships in the sport since 2008, as well as supercross cup events and ice course competitions. It was also behind the Piiroja Village Sprint series.

The night hike with lanterns is an adventure! The guided hike with lanterns is a great idea for celebrating a birthday, a corporate event, an outing with friends or family or introducing Estonian nature to guests. Spend the romantic hours of twilight with the lantern hike on a bog's boardwalk or on snowshoes. The hike with lanterns can last from 1.5 to 4 hours. Book the Forest Restaurant's catering for the end of the hike. You can also go on the night hike with kicksleds or snowshoes. Ask for suggestions on hiking areas, routes and beautiful campsites! The hikes take place all over Estonia. Minimum group fee is 300 € (up to 10 people.

The area has attractions for families, history and culture enthusiasts, athletes, and shoppers alike.The golf course runs through Otepää Nature Park, which has scenic views of the restaurant and even seminar rooms for business clients. Our club restaurant is the only one in Estonia that is recognised by the Flavours of Estonia and Äripäev restaurant charts. A popular place for a private or business event.Families can use the children’s playroom. Transport is provided by Otepää taxi.

A canoe trip is an excellent opportunity to discover Estonia's beautiful rivers and experience the importance of teamwork. A joint adventure on a body of water helps you get to know your companions better and develop cooperation skills. During the drier summer period, we paddle down larger rivers, where the water flows more calmly. During spring and autumn's high water seasons, there is an opportunity to discover less frequently visited waterways, such as the floods in Soomaa National Park. It is possible to order campfire meals or a bushcraft workshop to go along with your canoe trip. There is also the possibility of going on multi-day trips. Luua Manor Park is located in Vooremaa Landscape Protection Area in Jõgeva County. The main building of the Luua manor complex with its ancillary buildings and park are protected under heritage conservation. The park has been protected since 1959. Its area is 19.7 hectares.The park is extremely rich in species. It has about 150 taxa of trees and bushes; about 110 of them are alien species.The park is a home to protected bats: northern bats, Daubenton's bats, brown long-eared bats, Brandt' bats or whiskered bats, pond bats, Nathusius's pipistrelles, common noctules, common pipistrelles, and tawny owls.

Target practice with virtual and air guns takes place in the halls of the main building throughout the year.During the summer season, we use a 25 m shooting range with 24 lanes for pistols and service weapons; 50 m shooting ranges with 42 and 12 lanes are available for rifle practice. In the smaller range, we use the electronic Sius Ascor targets of the Estonian Shooting Sport Federation for practising for finals of important competitions, as well as for training our top shooters. In the 50 m Moving Target range, you can use a rifle to shoot at a moving target shaped like a wild boar or an elk. Enthusiasts can also try archery and clay target shooting.

Räpina polder on the banks of Lake Lämmijärv is a bird-nesting area of international importance. It is a place of nesting and migrating through for many protected bird species. Of the species that nest here, the prominent ones from the perspective of bird protection are corn crake, black tern and little gull, to whom the Räpina polder is one of the best areas in Estonia. Of the migratory birds, the most important species are crane and white-fronted goose. The polder is an important place of nesting and stopping also for waterfowls and Charadriiformers. Up to 1.5 million birds pass through this area during the migration period. The area is the most important assembling area of migratory birds in Eastern Estonia. There are watchtowers for bird watching.

The Kambja health trails offer everyone the opportunity to be active in nature all year round. The health trails are located near the small town of Kambja, near Kopsumäe and Köstrimäe. The trail offers wide views, forest roads, and some ups and downs.In addition to the marked trails that start and end in the car park (5 and 7.5 km trail), everyone can choose a trail that suits them best!There is a MOBO trail with 15 checkpoints for orienteering enthusiasts. The health trails are also great for Nordic walking and cycling. In snowy winters, everyone is welcome to the cross-country skiing trails and the Kambja–Pangodi ski trail.
