RemoteNow saunas on the shores of a bog lake

Käsitöölise, Põlva vald, Põlva maakond, 63225

Enjoy a unique year-round sauna experience – two saunas, a bog lake, and a hot tub!
The steam room of the raft sauna overlooks a pristine bog lake and the meadow. After the raft sauna’s hot steam, take a refreshing dip in the 10-meter-deep bog lake. The sauna can accommodate up to six people, and the terrace provides an ideal place to relax in between steam sessions. Immerse yourself in the hot tub next to the honeycomb sauna for an even more relaxing experience.
After the sauna, we recommend staying overnight in our cozy mini-houses.
We offer private seminar rooms and various packages for remote workers and teams.

Fatbike tours in Taevaskoda

We organize fatbike hikes in Taevaskoda year-round. From spring to autumn, we ride along forest trails on the banks of the ancient valley of the Ahja River. In winter, we also stop by the ice of Lake Taevaskoda. The most famous places on the route are Suur- and Väike Taevaskoda, Neitsikoobas Cave, and the Kiidjärve water mill and manor park. The tour runs most of the time along beautiful forest trails in the varied landscape of South Estonia. The tour is suitable for anyone who is at least 150 cm tall. The pace is calm, and we take breaks to catch our breath and chat every 15-20 minutes. We talk about nature and local attractions. Taevaskoda has a rich history and cultural heritage; it contains sacred places and springs important to ancient Estonians. This area is known for its sandstone outcrops and magical forest trails. We use regular fatbikes and electric fatbikes (e-fatbikes) for riding. You can find clothing recommendations and information about the equipment you need for the tour on our website. If you wish, you can also order meals.

The restored Governor's House adds historical depth to the manor complex. The water fountain and the pavilion's view of the ponds invite you to immerse yourself in the romance of the manor era. The manor's terraces, an alley of uniquely shaped trees, and the concrete lion statues on the stairs (a favorite with the youngest visitors) create a unique and majestic atmosphere.
