Come and discover the magic of blind embossing! Create your own embossed artwork in a unique printmaking workshop. Cut an image into a linoleum sheet and see how the play of shadow and light remains on the paper. Blind embossing is a printing technique where a linoleum block is printed without color, leaving only a relief mark on the paper. In the workshop, each participant will make a linoleum block (10x15 cm) according to their own design. Otepää Hill Fort represents one of the places worth discovering in South Estonia and is recommended for those interested in nature holidays. Come and conquer the peak of the approximately 13,000-year-old Otepää Hill Fort and take a look at the city of Otepää and its surroundings. Have a picnic, see the ruins of the stone fort founded by Bishop Herman in 1224, and explore the map of ancient Estonian forts. In the 11th century, Otepää was the most important stronghold of the ancient Ugandi County. One of the strongest fortresses in Ancient Estonia was located on this hill. The oldest known firearm in Europe and an ancient war trumpet have also been found here. Come and discover the history of this ancient fortress!

Every autumn, the Tartu Bike Marathon brings thousands of sports enthusiasts to Southern Estonia, but completing the marathon distance requires practice. The 86 km long track of the Tartu Bike Marathon starts from the stadium of the Tehvandi Sports Center in Otepää and ends in Elva at the Tartumaa Health Sports Center. The track is technically undemanding and largely follows the famous Tartu Marathon route. Signage with kilometer markings is available for movement in both directions. The Tartu Rattamaraton track is designed for both hiking and athletic training. The track primarily runs on forest roads and smaller gravel roads and is suitable for a range of bicycles. The diverse landscape of the Otepää Nature Park and countless lakes offer not only physical exertion but also visual beauty and mental refreshment, and why not take a stretching break at the Harimäe observation tower? Do you know where photographers interested in architecture can take photos worthy of Instagram in Tartu? One of the most popular photography places in Tartu is the beautiful streamlined tunnels with cosy lighting built next to the Riga–Vaksali railway viaduct and the Vaksali bridge. The concrete frames of the pedestrian tunnels were pushed through the embankment of the railway dam – such a complex tunnelling technology was used for the first time in Estonia when renovating the intersection. Wine-related knowledge is a part of cultural behaviour, which offers great practical value.Participants in the training-tasting by the Estonian Wine Academy will learn the basic rules for combining wines with meat products, cheeses, seafood, and desserts, as well as combining the wines and dishes of traditional wine countries. Participants will be given a certificate at the end of the training. Depending on the size of the group, 4–5 wines will be tasted.Participants must be at least 18 years of age!Additional information about trainings is available here.

The restaurant consists of two parts: an 80-seat main dining room and a separate private dining room for up to 35 guests. The main dining room offers a cosy atmosphere and WiFi. The small dining room is suitable for smaller gatherings booked in advance (birthdays, company parties).
