Otepää Central Square

Pikajärve manor, which is also known as the Cantervilla Castle, is probably one of the cosiest manors in Estonia. The main building (built in 1908) and the vivid quarry stone outbuildings are on a landscape filled with beautiful dome-shaped hillocks, high up on the shore of a lake. The walls of the halls of the eye-catching main building are decorated with landscape paintings and portraits, antique furniture and the light from the chandeliers add festivity and romance. The manor is private property at the moment and operates as an establishment for holding different events and offers accommodation.

The main exposition of the Lake Museum is live Estonian freshwater fish. Our freshwater fish are not exhibited elsewhere in Estonia in such species quantity.About half of Estonia's freshwater fish live here, including more exotic species, as well as turtles, lake balls, and crayfish.You can visit 2 floor aquariums and 2 large cylindrical aquariums. There are more than 25 different aquariums in total. There is also a collection of fishing gear, an exhibition of primitive fish, and much more!You can book a sauna raft for a pleasure cruise or a sauna session and use a seminar room with a million-dollar view. During summers, a café is open.

Hõlm is a restaurant with a first-class menu and high-quality service. The kitchen delights with memorable dishes — every detail is carefully thought out, prepared, and served. The restaurant's open kitchen makes the dining experience particularly special, allowing guests to observe the fine art of cooking firsthand. Otepää Winterplace – four months of winter fun for the entire family!Otepää Winterplace is a winter fun park for the entire family that offers various leisure activities in the Linnamäe Valley in the centre of Otepää. Here, you will find snowtubing tracks and tube rental, sledging and skiing slopes, Zipfy sledges for hire, a skating rink and igloo cinema. Children of various ages, teenagers and adults alike can find something exiting to do here.

At the Värska WaterPark, Cafe Näki offers a chance to enjoy a light meal or simply relax with a cup of hot coffee. The cafe serves invigorating coffee paired with freshly baked pastries, and during lunchtime, guests can enjoy daily specials prepared by the chefs of Lahe Resto.The cafe also provides the option to order platters of snacks for parties and children's birthdays. With seating for 20 people, Cafe Näki warmly welcomes all visitors to the Värska resort area to enjoy a light refreshment. Vase Holiday Home is a spacious, comfortable three-bedroom holiday home located a short walk from the center of Tartu. The house is ideal for small groups and families, as it accommodates up to 10 people over two floors. There are three bedrooms, a living room, a toilet, a corridor, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Café Newton, located in the center of Tartu at the AHHAA Science Center, is a pleasant place for both lunch and leisure. Our menu offers a refreshing, varied selection of daily specials and classic dishes. The selection includes soups, various steaks, and vegetarian dishes. Every day, a fresh cake selection is displayed at the counter, delighting every sweet tooth. A separate menu is provided for children, tailored to our young guests, along with a children's play area offering plenty of activities for longer periods. Café Newton offers catering for training sessions, seminars, birthdays, and other events at AHHAA. It is also convenient to organize a company Christmas party, a birthday party, or a family lunch here. Café Newton's menu is flexible and caters to all tastes. During the summer, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Tartu from our spacious terrace. No AHHAA ticket is required to visit Café Newton, and entry is free for everyone. AHHAA visitors can visit the café throughout their stay at the center.
