Tehvandi Ski Apartment is a studio apartment with all the conveniences. It is located in a safe apartment building near the Tehvandi Sports Centre, just 300 m from the centre of Otepää. We offer cosy accommodation with modern kitchen furniture and an LCD TV. Guests can sleep in two single beds and a sofa bed. We welcome athletes, families, as well as vacation and nature enthusiasts. It is an ideal place to rest, whether you are on holiday, on a business assignment, or seeking a peaceful retreat. The guesthouse is the perfect stopover for relaxing and recharging after a busy day. There are seven rooms available, each accommodating up to four people. If desired, you can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. All necessary equipment is provided. The house has a separate gathering room for up to 18 people and a sauna with a large anteroom, which can be ordered separately. In summer, you are welcomed by a green garden, barbecue facilities, and a children's playground. In the former tavern building by the Piusa River, the Vasekoja Guesthouse on the second floor offers comfortable rooms (2 triple and 2 quadruple), shower rooms, and a relaxation and kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. Outdoors, you can use the shelter and grill. For children, there is a playground with swings, a sandbox, a climbing track, and a volleyball court. You can take a trip on the Piusa primeval valley hiking trail and visit the sights of Võrumaa and Setomaa. The leisure center also has a holiday house with 10 sleeping places and party rooms accommodating 50 people. Good to know: We offer catering upon pre-order.

You will find Suhka Tourist Farm in between the hills and slopes of Haanjamaa. There is a large nest built by storks in the farmyard, where you have a good possibility to observe the activities of the birds. The host family of Suhka is friendly and kind and the meals prepared by the hostess are really delicious. Upon a request, the host family will take you to the upper course of the Piusa River; in winter it is possible to ride a sleigh and in addition to the Finnish sauna you can also enjoy the delights of a smoke sauna.

Udu Farm is a lovely holiday complex on the shores of Lake Kuremaa. The historical Palamuse and Kuremaa castles are just a few kilometres away.Guests have the use of 12 cabins, a sauna, a large party building, 4 covered areas, an extreme plastic film sauna and a children's play area. You can also rent the sauna complex, which has its own kitchenette and which accommodates 12-19 people on the upstairs level.Boats are available for hire and you can go fishing on the lake.

Karlova Harbor Caravan Park is a modern caravan park with a great location in the center of Tartu. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Emajõgi River, the park offers electricity, wastewater and greywater disposal, as well as toilets and showers. The price includes a parking space, drinking water, electricity, a toilet, garbage collection, and the option to dispose of wastewater. For an additional fee, it is possible to rent a sauna and do laundry. The adjacent caravan building also houses a café and rooms for seminars and meetings.
