Väimela Health Centre is customer-friendly sports centre that offers exercising facilities to all family members. The swimming complex of the health centre features a swimming pool, a pool for kids and two family saunas, on Saturdays it is possible to go to a public sauna; in addition you can attend water aerobics classes. There is also an aerobics hall, a full-sized squash hall, a gym and a table-tennis board.

The health services of Kubija Hotel and Nature Spa are ideal for clients, who value peace and quiet, high level of service and an individual approach. Kubija Sauna and Spa Centre has pools in 5 different sizes, depths and temperatures and 4 saunas (90 °C Finnish sauna, 70 °C aroma sauna, 45 °C steam sauna and 60 °C juniper sauna). The 60 °C sauna is especially suitable for those, who cannot handle high temperatures.

The Aura Centre sauna centre has saunas, pleasant baths, and cooling options for every taste. The sauna centre also has a cozy relaxation area and an outdoor terrace with an igloo sauna and two jacuzzis, one of which is refreshingly cold and the other pleasantly warm. There are 8 different saunas in the sauna centre – steam saunas with different temperatures, a juniper sauna, a salt rock sauna, an aroma sauna, a steam aroma sauna, a sanarium, and an igloo sauna. There are 11 different saunas in total. You can cool off in the crisp winter room or by using the facilities offered by the ice machine, cold water bucket, or cool bath. In addition to cooling off in a cool bath, you can relax in warm jacuzzis and a 40-degree Japanese bath. With a ticket to the sauna centre, you can also visit the Aura Keskus water park, where you can find slides and many other water attractions, as well as a desert, tropical, and rain room. The glass walls of the Pühajärve Spa & Holiday Resort Swimming Pool offer magnificent views of Lake Pühajärv and the manor park that surrounds the hotel. You can enjoy underwater music and the pleasant sensations created by massage streams when swimming in the large, 25 m and four-lane pool.shallow end of the pool is 1.05 m deep and the depth of the deep end is 1.85 m, the water temperature is 27 °C. Located in the Värska resort area, it is the only water park in Estonia that partially uses natural mineral water directly from the earth. The park offers pressure sprays, an upstream channel, tropical rain, mineral water contrast whirlpools at 26°C and 34°C, a mineral water paddling pool, a water slide, a pebble track, a 25-meter swimming pool, a children's pool, a sauna world, and a water bar.
