The 18-course Sportland Prodigy Disc Golf Park, which is located in Mahlamäe, Elva, welcomes all disc golf enthusiasts and those who have never played it.The courses are situated on a diverse 2.7 km trail in the forest and are the perfect place to spend some lovely time in the wild. We do not rent discs here. Discs can be rented from the Nõo Sports Centre (according to the price list) or from the Discgolfar.ee Training Centre in Tartu (12 Pikk Street). If yes, you can rent a motor boat on which you can discover the River Ahja, River Emajõgi and surrounding lakes and rivers.The prices start from 45 euros for 24H. The boat fits up to four people and is equipped with a 15 HP, 4-tact gasoline engine. We invite you to visit Agirregoikoa Kennel. We will introduce you to our 20 Nordic sled dogs, all of whom are working Siberian Huskies, and we will talk about the history and present-day conditions of the breed. Our dogs are trained, award-winning sled dogs. We will take the dogs for a walk around the two-hectare orchard. You can pet, hug, take pictures of the dogs, and have a photo session with your favorite dog. Siberian Huskies love people and will be happy to meet you! It is also possible to order a sled ride in addition to the visit.

Come walk with your family on the Taevaskoda hiking trail, located in the Ahja River Valley Landscape Reserve. The trail starts from the Taevaskodade parking lot and runs circularly along both banks of Ahja River, where the outcrops of Väike and Suur Taevaskoja, caves formed by springs, and picturesque views catch your eye.At the beginning of the hiking trail, there is an information board with a map of the recreational area and the trail. On the trail, signs in Estonian, English, and Russian will help you find the way. Visitors with a wheelchair or a stroller can travel along the alternative trail to Suur Taevaskoda, length 3 km. Good to know: you can see kingfishers flying around while walking in Taevaskoda.

Räpina beach is the perfect place for a holiday and for all kinds of water sports. The favourable winds have made it a popular destination among kite-surfers and windsurfers in spring and summer. There is a viewing tower on the beach that has excellent views over the polder, to Lake Lämmijärv and across the border into Russia. The beach is lit at night.

In Tartu County, near the Elva railway station, the Väike Väerada trail is one of the area's most popular hiking paths. It is special because of the wooden sculptures inspired by Estonian fairy tales and created by local artists. Small but mighty, Väerada has a healing effect on both the mind and body. The nature trail offers experiences for hikers of all ages and is suitable for exploration year-round. The attractive sculptures not only adorn the trail but also guide the correct path. The forest trail includes several resting spots and exciting attractions for children, making the journey even more enjoyable. The hiking trail ends at the Tartumaa Health Sports Center, where you can continue adventuring on other forest trails, play disc golf, or enjoy playground fun with children under the beautiful pines. In the area between Mehikoorma Port and the lighthouse, a circular footpath with three different solutions has been built at different heights, so that visitors could enjoy the charms of Lake Peipus and get acquainted with the natural environment there.The roads are arranged so that the user can travel approximately 1.3 kilometres continuously, starting and ending at the same place.The versatile trail includes raised wooden footpaths, low boardwalks on moist lakeside soils, and a paved cycle and pedestrian track next to the port water area. On broader platforms, it is possible to have a picnic or stay longer to observe the surrounding nature.
